Summary
Our Client, a busy Automotive Accident Repair Centre in Weston-super-Mare, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their busy centre.
For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £38,000 and be working a 40-hour working week; Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00).
Benefits:
- Starting salary up to £38,000 per annum, pending experience.
- Additional time-saving bonus scheme to increase earnings. Additional hours sold are paid half of your base salary.
- 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).
- Workplace pension scheme.
- Access to industry-leading training and development in modern work facilities.
- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday from the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekends required.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
- At least a Level 2 Qualification, or equivalent.
- The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques.
- ATA would be beneficial
- Self-Motivated and a good team player
