Are you a dynamic and organised Learning Management System Content Developer/Creator ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Management System (LMS) Content Developer to join our vibrant and dedicated Learning & Development team.

The Role:

To support the Learning & Development team with key responsibilities across digital learning content and LMS support. The role works closely with the LMS Team and Subject Matter Experts to ensure learning content, systems, and communications continue to run smoothly and colleagues have access to meaningful learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:


Develop, upload, and maintain engaging digital learning content within the LMS, including eLearning modules, videos, articles, and supporting resources.
Support content preparation, storyboarding, and digital learning best practice across the team.
Provide day-to-day LMS support, responding to queries, updates, and requests from across the business.
Support the LMS Manager with system updates, improvements, and changes driven by business needs.
Monitor course usage and compliance metrics, sharing insights to support learner engagement.


What We're Looking For:


Previous experience in content creation
Good communication, and analytically minded
Good knowledge of Excel/Word/Powerpoint and content development programmes Articulate, Vyond and Synthesia
