Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in North Hykeham. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely handle and move heavy items such as radiators, towel rails and large garden furniture.
• Use hand scanners to accurately pick and process orders.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Ensure all items are stored and handled with care
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets.
For the role we require the following;
• Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
• Comfortable performing tasks involving heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Able to operate hand-held scanners (training will be provided if necessary).
• Dependable, punctual, and works well within a team environment.
The position is long term on going
Monday to Friday
Start time 07:00
Shifts averaging 9 hours. You will have a 1 hour break.
£12.21 per hour and accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
