What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, nurturing, inspiring and enthusiastic class teacher on a full-time basis to work within our Early Years provision. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, passionate and hard-working, who enjoys the rewards of working with children, and who shares our values of love, kindness, self-belief and aspiration.
• Create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate play based-learning experiences, following the EYFS framework and promoting curiosity, independence and early learning skills.
• Set and maintain high expectations for behaviour, fostering positive relationships and children’s social, emotional and communication development.
• Work collaboratively with parents/carers, colleagues, governors and Elevate MAT to support each child’s progress and well-being.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children.
• Use high-quality observation, assessment and interactions to identify children’s needs, plan next steps and ensure strong progress across all EYFS areas.
• Maintain safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor environments tailored to diverse developmental needs.
• Bring fresh ideas, motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement, making a clear impact on pupil attainment and outcomes.
• Consistently model positive attitudes, values and behaviours that support children’s learning and development.

Salary: MPS M3-M6 £37,101- £45,352 per annum.
