What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work in our thriving school. We have happy and keen learners, a welcoming team of experienced and hard-working staff and a beautiful learning environment. The role would involve working closely with SEN pupils across two year groups. We would love for you to be part of our team.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who:
• Can inspire and motivate children to 'Live life in all its fullness'.
• Will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated member of the team, working alongside class teachers to adapt learning to the needs of pupils to enable all children to achieve.
• Is proactive and positive, using their initiative to react to situations with integrity and kindness.
• Has experience of working with children with a range of learning needs, and has a passion to ensure high expectations for all ensuring that they make outstanding progress.
• Can creatively and flexibly to overcome barriers to learning.
