What skills and experience we're looking for
Liverpool College is seeking a caring and enthusiastic After School Club Educator to work with and supervise children, ensuring their safety, welfare and enjoyment during after-school provision. Working under the direction of the Vice Principal (Primary), the post holder will help create a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional and physical development.
The role includes supervising children, planning and delivering engaging activities, maintaining registers and records, and supporting the day-to-day organisation of the After School Club. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, act as a positive role model, and promote high standards of behaviour, inclusion and independence. They will also ensure all College policies and procedures are followed, including safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management.
