Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 30kg on a frequent basis
Ability to operate a mobile device and follow in-app workflows (iOS preferred)
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Good level of fitness, ability to ride a bicycle, and willingness to work outdoors
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
Previous experience working with tools or as a mechanic is advantageous
Responsibilities:
As an E-bike Mobile Mechanic, you will:
Diagnose, repair, and carry out quality control on e-bikes
Deploy vehicles to correct locations across the city
Identify and mark broken vehicles for retrieval
Retrieve loose batteries found on the street
Interact professionally with members of the public
Report damaged or decayed vehicles
