What You'll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social channels
- Having friendly, honest conversations to understand what people need
- Keeping the CRM tidy and up to date (no one loves it, but it matters!)
- Learning the software so you can explain it simply and confidently
- Working towards realistic KPIs and celebrating the wins along the way

- Some experience speaking with customers or doing a bit of sales
- Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to new people
- Quick to learn new tools and tech
