Summary
Manage a varied caseload, delivering care in clinics, schools, community settings and home visits. Provide evidence-based interventions (individual, family and group), tailored to developmental needs. Complete risk assessments and implement robust safety and crisis plans, including contribution to rota duties. Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, multiagency liaison, and holistic care planning. Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and outcomes monitoring. Offer mentorship/supervision to students and junior staff; support service audit and quality improvement. Uphold safeguarding responsibilities in line with local procedures and national legislation.
