We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Role Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems, such as Payroll, Car Park Admin and Maximo.

-Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.

-Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.

-Coordinate consumable/PPE/uniform/stationery orders.



What we're looking for:

-Experience in administration or customer service.

-Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

-Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.

-Excellent communication and organisational skills.

-Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
