About the Role
We’re seeking a qualified technician with at least five years of post-qualification workshop experience to join our Bishop’s Stortford branch. Our service department handles a wide range of vehicles—not just Suzuki's—so versatility and confidence across multiple makes and models are essential. This role will suit someone that is looking to be a senior member of the workshop and not only looking to further develop themselves, but also willing to develop others within the team
Desirable Skills
• Proven expertise in diagnostics and fault finding, including complex issues
• A confident, efficient approach to servicing and general repairs
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with modern diagnostic tools
• Experience working with electric vehicles (EVs) or enthusiasm to complete Suzuki’s EV training program
• MOT Tester or willing to qualify
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Appetite to become a Suzuki Master Technician
• A full UK driving licence

Hilton Suzuki is a family-run business, established for over 25 years with two branches. We sell and service new Suzuki vehicles and a wide range of used cars. Our Bishop’s Stortford service team includes four technicians and one apprentice, creating a close-knit and collaborative environment. A small team that works closely with other members to share knowledge.
