We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of transformation, strengthening quality, performance and financial sustainability while accelerating system integration, neighbourhood‑based care and service redesign.

As Chief Executive Officer and Accountable Officer, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the quality, safety and performance of all Trust services and for the stewardship of public resources. As a full voting member of the Board, you will work closely with the Chair and Non‑Executive Directors to set clear strategic direction, maintain strong organisational grip and provide confident, visible leadership.

You will be expected to lead with pace and purpose in a challenging NHS environment, balancing operational delivery with long‑term transformation and ensuring the Trust continues to respond effectively to financial, workforce and service pressures.

This role carries significant system leadership responsibility. You will be a senior leader within the Buckinghamshire system and the Thames Valley Integrated Care System, playing a key role in the Acute Provider Collaborative.

You will work closely with partners across local government, primary care, mental health and the voluntary sector to deliver integrated neighbourhood care, prevention‑focused services and improved outcomes for local communities.
