Summary
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring accuracy and compliance? Join our Project Close Out Team as a Document Controller, where you’ll play a vital role in managing and controlling close-out documentation for major projects.
The successful candidate will predominantly work from home, with the expectation of attending in person internal meetings in the Balcombe office and client-based meetings in Snodland. There is flexibility to attend our Apsley office, to be discussed further at interview.
This position is all about keeping things running smoothly; maintaining document control systems, ensuring timely and accurate submissions via client portals, collating feedback, updating registers, and supporting project teams. You’ll be the go-to person for document distribution and storage, ensuring every piece of information is properly tracked, archived, and delivered in line with strict quality standards.
From managing numbering and filing systems to guaranteeing consistency across submissions, your work will help us meet client requirements and maintain a full audit trail. If you’re ready to make a real impact on project success, this is the role for you.
Please note that whilst a driving licence is not essential for the role itself day to day, there is a requirement to be able to attend the Snodland and Balcombe offices, with the latter not being accessible via public transport.
