Summary


***Please note this post is located at HRI, mainly working Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional flexibility to work other days, if the service requires***

The post holder will provide efficient and effective clerical and reception service for the Sexual Health & HIV Service under the guidance/supervision of the administrator and the Clerical team.

• Reception duties of meet and greet patients and register patients electronically, answering telephone queries and booking appointments.
• Coding Negative results and inputting onto electronic system.
• Ensure all results including pathology/ ultrasound are inputted and filed.
• Managing referrals into the system.
• Preparing and retrieving case notes.
• Booking interpreters if needed Face to face.
• Post distribution
• Ordering stationary and non-catalogue orders via IPROC
• Handle Confidential material maintaining confidentiality in conjunction with Data protection.
• Other duties appropriate to grade delegated by senior staff
