We're looking for an experienced Barista who’s passionate about crafting excellent drinks and confident in taking charge when needed.

Our café is more than a place for coffee—it’s a creative community space. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and personable barista manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help our café continue to grow.
What We're Looking For:
• Prior barista /management experience (1+ year preferred) required
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Comfortable leading shifts, supporting the team, and opening/closing the shop
• Ability to train new staff and maintain high standards
• Organised, responsible, and reliable
• A positive attitude and love for a fast-paced café environment
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the daily running of the coffee shop
• Lead and support a small team of baristas
• Help with opening/closing duties and stock rotation
• Ensure health & safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Manage inventory and stock control
• Handle staff training
• Collaboration on seasonal menus and local events
• Prepare high-quality espresso
• Greet customers and offer friendly, knowledgeable service
• Keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality
