Summary

We are looking for a kind and passionate Senior Tenancy Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference in people’s lives. Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, permanent contract. In this rewarding role, you’ll help people sustain their tenancies, prevent homelessness, and live independently. Role: Senior Tenancy Support Worker – Swansea

Pay: £13.17 per hour, £20,547.43 annually 

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

You need to hold a full UK driving licence.  

We do not offer sponsorship.

About the role    

As a Senior Tenancy Support Worker,

You’ll work with service users to create person-centred tenancy support plans, helping them maintain their homes and prevent homelessness.

You will provide person centred support to our tenants setting up budget plans, understanding and maximising their benefits entitlements, supporting tenants to settle in their new homes. Work with tenants to build their resilience and enable their independence. 

You’ll carry your own caseload, working flexibly in the community and taking a trauma-informed approach. No two days are the same – you’ll build resilience, enable independence, and make a lasting impact.

Maintaining accurate records and working within policies and legislation



About you   

You’ll be a compassionate, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to equality and inclusion. Essential requirements include:

Experience providing person-centred services and working with vulnerable adults

Excellent people and communication skills

Strong IT skills and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle

Ability to work flexibly and undergo an Enhanced DBS check

We welcome previous experience working as Customer Assistant, Hospitality, Volunteer, Housing, Care Worker, Home Care Assistant, Health Care Assistant, Home Carer, Social Care Worker, Mental Health Support Worker, Mental Health Care Worker, Complex Support Worker, Substance Misuse Worker, Community Support Worker, or Voluntary Worker.
