The Role
As Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic vision for teaching, learning, and curriculum development. You will lead on:

Driving excellence in teaching and learning across all departments
Leading curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation
Ensuring high standards of assessment, feedback, and student progress
Supporting and developing middle leaders to raise attainment
Embedding a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement
