Summary
Support Worker – Immediate Start
Location: Worcestershire | Salary: £20.00 - £24.00 per hour
We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Support Worker to join our team immediately! You’ll be working with vulnerable young people, including looked-after children, young people with autism or neurodiversity, and those who have displayed harmful sexual behaviour.
You’ll need:
• Aim 3 qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, harmful sexual behaviour, and child sexual abuse
• Experience supporting vulnerable young people and building positive relationships
• Clear communication and report-writing skills

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires an
Enhanced DBS check due to working with children and young people.
