About the Service

Springfield Road is a 24‑hour Registered Residential Home supporting twelve ladies with:


Learning disabilities
Mental health conditions
Behaviours that challenge
Complex needs
Varied communication needs


It’s a lively, nurturing environment where every day brings opportunities to make someone feel safe, valued, and included.

Female-only applicants are required due to genuine occupational requirements relating to the personal care needs of the people we support.


About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll step in to provide high‑quality support as and when needed—helping ensure our ladies continue to receive exceptional care and continuity.

You’ll be:

✔ Supporting daily living—personal care, mealtimes & medication
✔ Encouraging independence and confidence through person‑centred support
✔ Helping develop social, personal, and life skills through activities and outings
✔ Maintaining a safe, clean, and homely environment

Every shift is an opportunity to make a positive impact—big or small.


Shifts You Can Expect

Relief shifts will vary depending on service need, but may include:

Day shifts, Waking night shifts, weekdays and weekends.

We’re a 24/7 service, supporting people 365 days a year—so no two days are ever the same.

Flexibility is key—and your support helps keep the service running smoothly.
