Summary
The post holder is an IM&T support analyst whose role is to implement, maintain, and provide user support and frontline system administration technical support to Trust systems. The post holder will report directly to a Systems Manager and work in close association with the Senior Systems Support Analysts. The post holder will ensure that users receive the best possible service in terms of data quality, system availability, technical and operational support.
