What You’ll Bring

· A Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
· A caring, person-centred approach with a genuine desire to enhance residents’ quality of life
· Confidence to lead by example, inspiring and mentoring others through kindness and professionalism
· Strong clinical judgment and a calm, solution-focused mindset
· Excellent communication skills to connect meaningfully with residents, families and colleagues
· A passion for continuous improvement, learning and sharing best practice
· Competence in care planning, medication management and risk assessment

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in shaping a culture of kindness and excellence. You’ll provide and coordinate person-centred nursing care, develop tailored care plans, and support your team to deliver every aspect with empathy and skill.
