Summary
Sales Manager – Logistics & Related Services
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across travel, cargo, courier, and freight forwarding services.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, agents, and overseas partners.
Prepare sales proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, targets, and market trends.
Handle client negotiations, inquiries, and escalations professionally.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a sales management or business development role within logistics, travel, or a related sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.
