Summary

Job Type: We offer full time or part-time hours. Shifts are from 6:45am-1:00pm and 6:00pm -10:00pm and must include alternate weekends.

Salary: Rates of pay starting from £12.21 per hour + paid mileage, in addition to your hourly rate

Must be able to drive with the use of own car.

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals within their homes and communities. Your work will make a real difference in the lives of those you care for, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, e.g. personal care, meal preparation, and light house keeping
Must drive and have access to a vehicle
Provide companionship and emotional support
Administer medication and monitor health conditions
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in clients conditions to supervisors
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not required
Genuine passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, compassionate, and patient nature
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
