Responsibilities
As a Trade Counter Sales / Internal Sales professional, you will:
- Split your time between trade counter and internal sales responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to trade customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Build strong relationships and understand customers' ongoing requirements
- Advise customers on the most suitable products and solutions
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
