We’re excited to offer two rewarding opportunities for Clean & Green Rangers to join our team and help keep Bassetlaw’s neighbourhoods looking their very best. You will be at the forefront of maintaining clean, safe, and attractive local environments that residents can take pride in.

About the Role

As a Clean & Green Ranger, you’ll play a key part in the day to day upkeep of our estates and open spaces. This is a varied and hands on role where no two days are the same. You’ll carry out tasks such as:
• Grounds maintenance and pruning
• Litter picking and environmental upkeep
• Reporting repairs and safety issues
• Supporting wider estate improvement projects
• Engaging positively with residents and visitors

You’ll work across our communities to ensure that public spaces are welcoming, well-kept, and cared for.

About You
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people with a genuine passion for improving local environments. You should have:
• Experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work
• A great eye for detail
• A proactive and positive attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to delivering excellent service to our residents
