Summary
Key competencies and duties include:
Ensure the efficient and courteous service of food and beverage offerings, ensuring compliance with company standards, food health & hygiene procedures, legislation and licensing laws at all times.
To manage and develop the team members effectively, providing clear direction, setting high standards and expectations whilst encouraging a customer focused attitude at all times.
To promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities when and where possible.
To install and maintain service standard with all members of the team.
Purchase/order departmental supplies, carry out monthly stock takes and action any discrepancies in line with company standards
Carry out any other duties as may be required.
