Join our dedicated team at Hemel YPHS, providing supported accommodation for 16-24-year-olds, including young parents and those moving towards independence.You will be part of a compassionate, values-driven team that works collaboratively with social workers, local authorities, and other professionals to create a safe, inclusive environment where every young person feels respected and supported. Your role will involve:Helping young people develop life skills and confidenceSupporting access to education, training, and employmentBuilding trusting relationships and offering compassionate guidanceResponding to challenges and contributing to safeguarding plansThis role follows a 24-hour rota, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep-ins (paid at £52.78 per night).Shifts:2:30pm - 10:30pmSleep in 10:30pm - 7:30am7:30am - 3:30pmAbout YouYou will be empathetic, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
