This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking pharmacist who wants to play a key role in developing pharmacy services within a supportive primary care environment.
The practice is well established and creates a collaborative, creating a positive setting for professional growth and shared learning.
The role is varied and evolving, offering flexibility, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to develop specialist interests such as long-term condition management.
As the Clinical Pharmacist you’ll work closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to improve medicines optimisation, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with no weekend working.
Hours can be flexible depending on your requirements.

Person Specification
• GPhC-registered pharmacist
• Independent Prescribing qualification (desirable)
• CPPE pathway (desirable)
• Experience in clinical settings such as GP/PCN or hospital (desirable)
• Confident, proactive and patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
