About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building a pipeline of customers, and delivering exceptional service to existing and new clients. You will play a key part in securing paying customers, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and digital channels.
Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions.
Convert leads into paying customers and manage contract renewals.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Perform reconciliations, credit control, and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor sales metrics and provide performance insights.
Support internal audits and contribute to business system improvements.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Customer Service Expertise: Ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead Generation & Sales: Skilled in identifying prospects and converting them into customers.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; approachable and empathetic.
IT Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data input on spreadsheets.
Organizational Skills: Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Team Player: Collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable.
Qualifications:
GCSE A’ Level or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C or above).
Experience in a customer service-focused environment is desirable.
