Are you skilled and enthusiastic about managing reservations? We're looking for a Reservationist to assist with ensuring our guests have a seamless booking experience.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
- Reservation Management: Process reservations using the hotel's reservation management system.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Coordinate Efforts: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and the front desk, to ensure a smooth reservation process.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Upsell Services: Promote hotel services and amenities to customers.
- Report Progress: Prepare reports on reservations and revenue as required.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A good understanding of reservation management systems.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
