We are seeking a proactive Regional Security Operations Manager to lead and manage security operations across a diverse portfolio of sites within the NWG estate.​

This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of security are consistently achieved, while maintaining operational effectiveness and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for service management, overseeing Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Static Guards.​

People management is at the heart of this role, requiring strong leadership skills, regular one-to-one engagement, and a commitment to developing teams.

You will also ensure compliance, resource allocation, and client satisfaction across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Static Guards across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence.

Conduct quarterly security audits at each location and follow through on actions, ensuring timely reporting.

Monitor and maintain valid SIA licences for all security personnel.

Oversee scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring effective deployment of officers, including third-party suppliers.

Manage recruitment at officer level and support people development initiatives.

Compile and manage rosters/schedules via SOC Team systems (WFM/iTime).

Maintain and review health and safety documentation in line with legislation and compliance requirements.

Ensure standards are consistently achieved, maintained, and improved where possible, while assisting with day-to-day operational needs.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience managing security contract sites or similar at cluster/area level.

Proven experience in people management.

Knowledge of Security Guarding operations to BS:7499 standard.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients.

Collaborative approach to working within the function and wider teams.

Valid SIA Licence (Frontline or Door Supervisor).

Desirable: Experience of working with budgets.
