As an Optical Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and delivering outstanding customer service
- Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
- Ensuring a smooth, friendly handover to the optometrist
- Dispensing glasses and providing product advice
- Fitting and repairing spectacles
- Supporting with contact lens teaches
- Completing general administration duties
