As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-orientedOnboarding Coordinator / HR Assistant to ensure every new team member has a seamless and positive start with us and can develop within the organisation. The Role In this pivotal position, you’ll work closely with our Resourcing and HR teams to deliver a warm, engaging, and compliant onboarding experience. You’ll be the friendly face guiding new joiners from offer to induction, ensuring every detail is handled with care. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Resourcing and HR teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience. Liaise with the Senior Resourcing Partner, HR Business Manager, and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth transitions between offer, compliance, start date, and induction. Build strong relationships with candidates, acting as their main point of contact throughout onboarding. Coordinate inductions, prepare welcome kits, order equipment and make sure new starters are set up for success from day one. Manage compliance checks and documentation, ensuring regulatory and statutory requirements are met. Supporting with routine audit process related to the learning and development needs of staff across the service. Support managers with developing talent management systems, processes and frameworks to ensure staff have the right skills, knowledge and attributes to provide outstanding service and client care. Support with key projects across Resourcing, HR and Governance teams. About You Essential: Minimum 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4/A–C) and A-levels or equivalent. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Adaptable, curious, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, evolving business. Experience within HR, recruitment, or a similar role within the healthcare sector Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g. DBS, Right to Work, references, mandatory training) — healthcare experience a strong plus. Understanding of neurodiversity and an interest in improving patient outcomes. Project coordination experience Experience using Credentially to manage onboarding and compliance Why Join Us?
