Summary
Operating through a MDT working collaboratively to provide holistic, person-centred care, each professional brings their expertise to support physical health monitoring, nutritional rehabilitation, psychosocial interventions & occupational engagement, all tailored to the unique needs of each young person & their family. In-reach and Outreach supportto prevent unnecessary hospital admissions & reduce relapse. Intensive day hospital interventionsfocused on recovery, risk management, & re-engagement with daily life. Meal support and psychoeducationfor young people & their families, promoting sustainable recovery at home. Multidisciplinary care planning and supervision, ensuring continuity & quality of care across settings. Training and consultationto professionals and carers, enhancing system-wide understanding and support for eating disorders. This mobilisation represents a significant step forward in the West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaboratives commitment to transforming eating disorder care for children and young people and aligns with nationally driven new care models for children and young people.
