Benefits / Details:
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: £25k per annum + commission
Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Full training provided – no recruitment experience needed!
What will you be doing as the Graduate Talent Coordinator?
Finding candidates for live vacancies
Speaking to candidates and carrying out interviews
Reviewing CVs and replying to job applications
Booking and coordinating interviews
Writing and posting job adverts
Supporting the recruitment process day-to-day
What do you need to be considered for the role of Graduate Talent Coordinator?
Degree educated
Experience in a customer-facing role
Comfortable speaking to people at all levels
