Summary
7 to 10 hours a week (more dependent on events and staff holiday) attending bar. Growing into the role to eventually be a key holder, an opener, a closer, work alone and cash up. Hours will be between Monday to Friday 4pm to midnight, Sat midday to midnight and Sunday 11am to 10pm.
