Summary
Your roles and responsibilities:
- You will provide up to date advice to CPS staff in relation to information management compliance or be able to direct them to the most appropriate subject matter expert.
- You will respond to requests for information and triage emails for the team mailboxes and will support the team in the planning, organisation and delivery of various governance and community of interest groups.
- You will work with Digital teams to ensure the development of new technologies and services are DPA, UK GDPR and DRA compliant.
- You will prepare and make recommendations on the disclosure of information for Right of Access Requests and FOI requests. Prepare reports to demonstrate compliance and performance against standards.
- You will provide advice and guidance to the organisation in respect of information handling, information lifecycle management, records retention and the interpretation of policy.
