Summary
We are looking to recruit a full time Housing Contact Advisor to work in a busy team dealing with Housing Rent, Repair, Antisocial Behaviour, Homelessness and Allocation queries via telephone and email.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you need to be able to workandnbsp;within a fast paced environment.andnbsp; You will deal with a wide range of customers and there is a lot to learn, however we can teach you the knowledge if you have excellent communication skills and are able to handle potentially difficult and conflict situations.andnbsp; You will also be able to maintain accurate records and have great attention to detail.

You should have approximately one yearandrsquo;s recent experience of working with customers in a busy and challenging environment dealing with sometimes angry and/or vulnerable people
andnbsp;
Experience of working within policies and procedures with the use of initiative to respond to situations is also essential.
andnbsp;
You should also be IT literate and capable of using MS Office and data management systems
andnbsp;
This post requires a Basic DBS check andamp; BPSS referencing check.
