About the Role
Join our team as Deputy Manager and help us deliver exceptional care in a welcoming, supportive environment. You’ll assist the General Manager in running the home smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, deputising when required and leading on clinical and care matters.
Inspire and lead the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Oversee audits, documentation, and health & safety practices.
Manage staff rotas, budgets, and training to maintain high standards.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
