About the role
Pay Details: Grade 4 SCP 5 – 7 £25,583 - £26,403 Pro Rata £13.26 - £13.69 Per Hour
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Main Place of Work: Docks Office

Description:
To provide business support to various teams with the service including minute taking in line with the relevant legislation, regulations and national standards.

To work to provide quality services to all users and carers.

To work in partnership with other professionals, services users, carers and agencies, both internally and externally.

About you
You will need:

Experience of working in an office environment
Experience in advanced minute taking
Experience of maintaining computer and paper records
Ability to type accurate records
Experience and ability to work across teams within the department
Windows & Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
Ability to prioritise and work within time constraints
Good telephone manner
Ability to work on own initiative
Able to relate well to all levels of management and colleagues
Education to GCSE standard or equivalent
Flexible and adaptable
Attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
Professional approach
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to drive/travel throughout the Vale or between locations as appropriate
