Summary
CX843 Personal Assistant for 16-year-old girl to help her enjoy activities away from home.
A young woman (16) is looking for a supportive and engaging Personal Assistant. She would like a PA who could accompany her to activities she enjoys such as Ice Skating, Bowling or the Cinema (costs will be met by the employer). She wants to develop her independence skills so would like the PA to assist her catching buses, paying for activities and understanding safety away from home.
She can sometimes exhibit challenging behaviour so a PA with experience would be ideal and she does need a reminder about toileting but there isn’t any personal care involved.
“Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory checking report from the Disclosure and Barring Service, the cost of which will be met by the local authority/employer.”
