Summary
Flexecare is expanding, and we are looking for compassionate, reliable Care Support Workers to join our growing team. You will support our clients to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing person-centred care to male and female clients in their own homes
• Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation
• Prompting and supporting with medication and maintaining accurate care records
• Encouraging independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing
• Delivering care with kindness, dignity, respect, and professionalism
Training & Development
• Full in-house training and structured induction
• Ongoing professional development, including completion of the Care Certificate
• Safe working environment with full PPE and strong infection-control procedures
Requirements
• Minimum 3 months’ UK care experience (essential)
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Weekend availability required
• Enhanced DBS check required (cost to be covered by the candidate)
