Salary: Up to £37,000 + bonus, overtime and company benefits

At our workshop, Vehicle Technicians are supported with hands-on training, mentoring, and career development opportunities designed to take you to the next level. Whether you want to specialize in diagnostics, become a master technician, or take on a leadership role, your growth is a priority.
Working Hours:
- Standard 42.5-hour week: 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Saturday mornings on a rota
Salary & Career Progression:
- Basic salary: £35,000 - £37,000 depending on experience
- Bonus potential: up to £7,000 OTE
- Extensive training programs to help Vehicle Technicians develop skills in diagnostics, advanced servicing, and master technician roles
- Clear progression paths so your career can grow quickly within the company
Overtime Opportunities:
- Saturday's paid as overtime
- Plenty of opportunities during the week; occasional Saturday work optional
- Some technicians boost earnings by working through lunch or adding an extra hour at the end of the day
