- You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
- Smooth and efficient running of the service department
- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
- Drive customer service
- Monitoring KPIs
- Driving the team, support and training
Automotive Aftersales Manager Requirements:
- Must have atleast 7+ years experience as a Service / Aftersales Manager
- Must have main dealership experience
- Strong Management & Interpesonal skills
- Full UK driving license
