Summary
Our Motor Trade Client is a reputable, family-run crash repair central based in Beckenham and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to £50,000 per annum based on experience
- OTE potential of £54,000 with overtime opportunities
- Standard working hours of 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Optional Saturdays paid at overtime rate for those wishing to increase their earnings
- Flexible start times with shifts starting at 7:30 or 8:00 am, including a 30-minute lunch break

Duties:
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our client’s high standards
- Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Carry out quality controls
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a MET Technician, ideally within a crash repair environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and methods
- Auto Electrician skills are advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
For your hard work as a MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £50,000 with OTE circa of £54,000.
