Summary
Our Motor Trade Client is an accident repair center based in Weston-super-Mare and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.

- Starting salary up to £45,000 per annum, pending experience.
- Additional time-saving bonus scheme to increase earnings. Additional hours sold are paid at half of your base salary.

- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday from the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekends required.
Duties:
- Accurately and skilfully undertake the removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical and trim items on our client's vehicles.
- To be able to identify hidden damage after stripping and assist with compiling parts and labour lists in conjunction with work colleagues.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, maintaining the highest standard of repair efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, however, our client is willing to consider candidates with no formal qualifications who have a prior track record in vehicle body repair/strip and fit
- ATA qualification would be beneficial
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair center
For your hard work as a MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £45,000 with OTE circa of £50,000.
