Summary
Classic Car Workshop Manager required for a Car workshop in the Hampshire area.
The salary being offered to the successful Classic Car Workshop Manager is £55,000 with the hours of Monday to Thursday from 7am to 5pm, and Fridays from 7am to 2.30pm.

Duties:
- Managing a team of skilled mechanics, engine builders, and apprentices
- Planning and overseeing daily workshop activities and projects
- Monitoring progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Delegating work effectively and supporting staff with technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive workshop management, ideally with a focus on classic or historic cars
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent project management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritising
- Good technical knowledge of mechanics and restoration processes
- Effective communication skills for client relations and team coordination
- Experience with managing workflows
- An interest or background in classic cars, restoration, or automotive heritage is desirable
