Your duties and responsibilities will be:

- Proactively coordinate and collate NEC4 contract scope document inputs from other specialists within the Client team.
- Author sections of NEC4 contract scope documentation in support of procurement events.
- Peer review of contract scope documentation prepared by others.
- Review of supplier tender proposals against issued scope documentation.
- Chair team meetings to support development of scope documentation.
- Capture LfE from previous procurement events, both within Programme and elsewhere in the project.
- Input into Programme procurement pipeline to ensure activities are undertaken in a timely manner to support delivery activities.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement across the Programme and the external supply chain.
- Coordinate and manage requirements to ensure scope alignment with programme objectives.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with governance and procurement frameworks

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related role with regular involvement in contract management – either pre- or post-contract stages. This experience could be gained from project management, technical or commercial roles.
- Experience preparing or implementing a range of forms of NEC4 contracts, with strong knowledge of how Scope packages are constructed.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate and align multidisciplinary inputs across engineering, commercial, and project controls functions.
- Experience in requirements coordination and management, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and contract deliverables.
- Knowledge of procurement strategies and their application within complex project environments.
- Confident communicator in both written and face-to-face environments. Comfortable working both within a team, and autonomously as required.
- Detail orientated, with concise and articulate manner to ensure scope information is portrayed in an effective manner.
- Organised approach to ensure deadlines are established, monitored and achieved across the full team contributing to the scope documents.

It’s great if you also have the following:

- Experience of working in a Nuclear regulated environment (or similar regulated industry)
- Conversant with CEMAR contract management software.
- Exposure to programme development and planning processes within a regulated or defence environment.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces and ensuring integration across technical and commercial domains

This role offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for remote work. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to develop contract scope documentation and support procurement activities within a highly regulated environment. The position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage inputs across technical and commercial domains, all while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
