What You’ll Be Doing:
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions in numeracy and literacy
• Support the Year 4 class teacher with dynamic classroom management
• Foster an inclusive, resilient classroom culture focusing on individual pupil growth
• Adapt learning materials for pupils with different SEN/EAL needs
• Track pupil progress – contribute to innovative, data-informed teaching strategies
• Participate in planning meetings, enrichment clubs, and parent communications
