About the Role
You will be working alongside an established team member to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a gentleman living in his own home with his wife and brother-in-law. The household also includes two friendly female Chihuahuas. The client has well-managed schizophrenia, with no violence or aggression, alongside other stable health conditions and reduced mobility. He thrives with calm, reliable and person-centred support that promotes comfort and independence. This role offers the opportunity to provide consistent, compassionate care in a calm and supportive home environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering personalised care and support with daily living, including personal care, mobility, meals and household tasks.
Encouraging independence, social engagement and maintaining familiar routines.
Providing continuity and stability through reliable, consistent support.
Working confidently and professionally, showing initiative while respecting boundaries.
Communicating effectively with the client, family and wider care team to ensure high standards of care.
When You'll Work
Flexible rota assignments.
Daily 6-hour shifts from 7am1pm or 8am2pm.
Zero-hours contract, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.
